General membership meetings are held six times a year in the months of January, March, May, July, September
and November.  Usually the meetings are held on Saturday or Sundays during the middle of the month.  A calendar
of meetings and event dates and locations are published in the FCM Newsletters.    A FCM season (fiscal year)
starts on the 1st of July and ends on June 30th the following year.  Locations of bi-monthly meetings change from
meeting to meeting so you'll have to check the newsletter/
calendar of events for locations.  The FCM newsletter is
generally published two weeks prior to the next General Membership meetings.

General membership meetings usually last about an hour.  At the conclusion of the meeting there is a
barbecue/potluck.  Members are asked to bring a covered dish for the potluck.  Members bring their own drinks
and chairs to sit on.  If you bring alcoholic beverages to the meeting you do so under your own accord and the
FCM will not be held responsible for your actions.  Drunkenness and belligerent behavior will not be tolerated.
Controlled substances at membership meetings are not permitted and are grounds for immediate dismissal from
FCM membership.  Members may bring guests to the general membership meetings but the member is responsible
for their guest's actions. The organization will supply hamburgers/hotdogs at the Potlucks.

Board of Director/Council meetings are held periodically throughout the year, as the President deems necessary.
The Board of Directors is made up of: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sgt. at Arms, and Claims
Director. The FCM Council is made up of the Board of Directors, the various Committee members and two
members-at-large.  All council meetings are recorded for public record.
